We believe your Heart All In jewelry should last a lifetime—and we stand behind that promise. Each piece is protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, helping ensure your investment remains as beautiful as the day it was received.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Prong tightening & stone security checks (as needed)
  • Professional cleaning & light re-polishing as part of our lifetime care program

Complimentary services are provided at our discretion following inspection. Certain treatments (e.g., rhodium re-plating for white gold) are considered routine maintenance and may be quoted depending on wear.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or loss of luster over time
  • Loss, theft, or damage from impact, chemicals, heat, or improper use
  • Center-stone loss or chipping caused by impact or snagging
  • Inherent characteristics of certain gemstones (e.g., brittleness or cleavage)
  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties (this voids the warranty)

How to Claim

  1. Contact our concierge with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos.
  2. We will assess eligibility and confirm next steps. If a manufacturing defect is found, repairs are covered by the warranty.
  3. We arrange secure, insured shipping for the return shipment. Typical repair lead time is 1–3 weeks after receipt.

Shipping & Insurance

Orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS, fully insured with signature on delivery where available for added peace of mind. For service requests, we provide insured return shipping for repaired items; the cost to ship items to our atelier may be the client’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Terms

The warranty begins on the original delivery date, applies to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. Routine care and proper wear are essential to longevity; our team will advise best practices to help preserve your piece.
