Your peace of mind matters to us. We stand behind the quality of every piece and offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
- All packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty)
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Bespoke or custom-designed pieces
- All made-to-order items
- Purchases over $10,000 USD
Note: Our collections are primarily made-to-order to ensure a perfect, personal fit; therefore most orders will not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including full insurance coverage during transit. We recommend a trackable, insured courier such as DHL Express or UPS. Heart All In is not responsible for lost, uninsured, or improperly packaged returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to finalize the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
