Our Customization Process (Full Payment)

We offer one-to-one bespoke service. To secure materials and timeline, we operate on a full-payment basis: once paid, we immediately start CAD and production.

Why full payment?

To reserve specific materials, exclusive CAD time and a priority production slot, bespoke orders begin after full payment. Once CAD is approved, the order moves into personalized production and is not eligible for returns/exchanges except for quality issues. One free resize (±1–2 US sizes; style dependent). Shop Pay installments are accepted and treated as paid-in-full on our side so we can start immediately.

    We provide 2D/3D CAD with annotations; you may request 1–2 minor tweaks.

    Production (10–14 business days)

    Casting, forming, polishing, hand-setting and reinforcement.

    QC & certification

    Sizing check, final polish, IGI/GIA certificate where applicable; photos & unboxing video.

  6. 6

    Packaging & shipping

    Global shipping with duties included where applicable; tracking provided; one free resize within 30 days (style-dependent).

Why full payment?
Bespoke work reserves exclusive design & production resources. Payment starts CAD & scheduling immediately.
Can I use installments?
Credit card/Shop Pay installments are accepted; on our side it is treated as paid-in-full so your order starts at once.
Can I revise the CAD?
We include 1–2 rounds of small tweaks. Major changes may affect timing and cost; we will confirm with you first.
How long is production?
Typically 10–14 business days (excl. holidays). Complex handwork or rare sizes may take longer.
Can I return/exchange?
After CAD approval it is a personalized item; returns/exchanges are not available except for quality issues. One free resize (limits by style).
Certificates & metals?
Diamonds with IGI/GIA certificates where applicable. Metals are genuine 18K/14K/Platinum.
Shipping & taxes?
We ship worldwide; duties/taxes included where applicable. You will get tracking and an unboxing video.
After-sales support?
Lifetime care (cleaning/polish/prong checks). First resize free; later by service fee.
