Our warranty is valid only when repairs are carried out by Heart All In. If alterations or repairs are performed by another jeweler, the warranty will become void.

• Prongs loosening or wearing down over time due to normal use, which may result in stones becoming loose or falling out.
  
• Loss of diamonds or gemstones caused by accidental impact, negligence, or improper care.
  
• Damage from swimming, bathing, or exposure to harsh environments.
